My mission is to reach 1 million people with this hope: that fibromyalgia doesn't have to be a life sentence. The Ripple of Hope Challenge is the name I've given to that mission as it grows.
This page is still taking shape — because the challenge itself is still taking shape. What I can tell you is the idea behind it: every person who heals creates a ripple. They show up differently for their family. They believe something different is possible for their friends. They become proof, for someone else, that recovery is real.
