Is fibromyalgia really reversible?

Conventional medicine often describes fibromyalgia as a lifelong, incurable condition. Lindsey's own experience — going from housebound and on over 60 tablets a day to medication-free and symptom-free — suggests genuine, lasting change is possible for some people through a holistic, mindset-led approach. Individual results vary, and this isn't a guarantee or medical claim.

Do I need to stop my medication to work with you?

No. Never stop or change prescribed medication without talking to your doctor first. Coaching focuses on mindset, lifestyle, and holistic strategies alongside whatever medical care you're already receiving.

Are you a doctor?

What's the difference between the book, the community, and the 12-Week Experience?
